Roman Macaya Hayes, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the United States, will speak on April 14 at 5:30 pm in the JC Bistro. Invited on behalf of the students in GCH 628, Refugee Health, and the Department of Global and Community Health, Ambassador Hayes will address the most pressing issues pertaining to the Cuban refugee crisis, migration, and infection diseases as they pertain to Costa Rica and the region. A reception will follow his presentation.
